Pairc Trust Newsletter Now Approved for Crofting Commission Publication

The Pairc Trust is pleased to announce that its monthly newsletter has been formally approved by the Crofting Commission for the publication of statutory crofting notices within the parish of Lochs. This approval enables the Trust to publish a range of official notifications such as assignations, decroftings, and grazings committee announcements, ensuring that crofters and community members are kept fully informed of developments affecting their area. Statutory notices are required by the Crofting Commission for many types of applications, providing transparency and allowing crofters the opportunity to remain aware of changes within their township and wider community. By offering a local, accessible publication route, the Pairc Trust aims to support clear communication and strengthen community engagement.
Publication of crofting notices will be offered at £40 + VAT. Notices will appear in the printed edition of the Pairc Trust newsletter, which is also distributed digitally via email and social media channels. All notices will additionally be archived on the Pairc Trust website, providing a permanent and easily accessible record for future reference. Proofs will be issued to clients for approval prior to publication. The deadlines for newsletter submissions can be found on Pairc Trust’s website and in each edition of the newsletter.
Emma Mackenzie, Estate Manager for the Pairc Trust, said: “The Trust is grateful that the Crofting Commission recognises the importance of our monthly newsletter, which plays an important role in keeping the local community informed. We look forward to supporting crofters in the Lochs parish by providing a local route for sharing statutory notices.”
Any submissions or enquiries regarding crofting notices can be made via email to info@pairctrust.co.uk
