Resource Centre Redevelopment
The Pairc Trust have recently been successful with CLLD Funding from the Outer Hebrides Community-Led Local Development Programme and funding from Muaitheabhal Community Wind Farm Trust to commission a feasibility study for The Resource Centre in Kershader to expand and enhance the building into a multi-functional event space to create a more inclusive, functional, and modern space for our community. We are delighted to have appointed Uist-based architects Studio Hebrides Ltd. to undertake the study.
Community Consultation
The experiences and opinions of Pairc residents are key to the successful delivery of this project. The Trust undertook a community consultation event on Tuesday 13th May at the Resource Centre for local residents to give their insights and suggestions. The feedback received was very valuable, and we opened up a further digital consultation via Microsoft Forms to gather feedback more widely.
